Information from a site visit
You can read AfroNet without an account. We do not provide reader accounts, comment forms, checkout, or a newsletter sign-up. We have not added advertising trackers or audience analytics to these pages.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. To serve pages and help protect its network, it processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and the pages requested. Its handling of that information is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Page technology and cookies
AfroNet uses AMP page components supplied through the AMP content delivery network. Loading those components sends a request from your browser to that network, which receives technical connection details. Fonts and editorial images are served from this site's own address.
We do not set cookies for advertising or reader profiling. Hosting and security services may use technical storage or cookies when needed to protect or deliver a request. Your browser lets you manage cookies and site storage.
Contact messages
If you email webmaster@afronet.com, your message may include your address, name, and any details you choose to share. We use that information to handle the message and related requests. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records, or meet an applicable obligation. You may ask us to correct or delete information you have sent. We may need enough detail to identify the message and confirm that the request comes from you.
Links to other websites
Product and resource links take you to websites run by other organizations. Their privacy policies and terms apply there. AfroNet does not control what they collect, the prices they show, or the way they handle an order.
We do not sell personal information or use the site to share reader profiles with advertisers.
Editorial identity and assistance
Nia Morgan is AfroNet's created editorial persona. The name, portrait, and background do not represent an independently verified person. Articles use AI assistance and present editorial judgments based on published information. First-person recommendations do not establish personal ownership or hands-on product testing.
Images marked as illustrations depict a subject or product type. They are not product photographs or evidence of a test. Credited manufacturer imagery is used to show the relevant product.
Commercial links
The current guides contain no affiliate tracking links. AfroNet may use affiliate links in the future. If it does, a reader's purchase could earn the site a commission, and the relevant content will carry a clear disclosure. A possible future arrangement is not a current partnership with any brand listed here.
Children's information
This site is written for a general adult audience. It does not ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
